The innovative supply chain system that characterises our group (a single company managing the whole production process from the genetics of the pigs to the transformation of the final product) has led us to exceptional results both on national and international markets. The revenue of the entire group exceeds €50 million annually, with exports in 23 different countries* in Europe, Asia and North America; In Italy the presence of the company is well established both in the normal trade sector and in large-scale retail chains. Today the company is still owned by the Fumagalli family: the President, Cesare Fumagalli and the CEO Francesco Pizzagalli continue their activity following the family tradition producing the whole range of Italian salumi and exporting it worldwide.

Food safety

We are able to grant safe products, thus meeting our main goal: the peace of mind of the consumer. We can do this thanks to the implementation of a management system that enables to identify and communicate internally and externally all the information relative to food safety, that ensures the possibility to evaluate and control the potential risk factors (according to their level), which can be reasonably expected in the production process.

D.O.P. – I.G.P. products

“Territory and tradition”

The products protected by the law Reg. (EC) n.510/2006 are primarily characterised by a specific geographical production zone that makes them unique (D.O.C. – Controlled Designation of Origin) and by production procedures that characterise them in terms of tradition (I.G.P. – Protected Geographical Status). Environment and tradition, skilfully combined by Fumagalli make our products unique and incomparable.
